PRICING POLICY

* All prices quoted on the Price list are prices, not including VAT. The prices indicated include Licensing, Insurance, travel cost and tipping.

PAYMENT POLICIES

  1. The Customer agrees to a 60 minutes minimum booking.
  2. 100 % of the payment must be made by the Customer at least 3 working days prior to your scheduled event in order to receive treatments.
  3. If paying by check, checks must be received at least 3 working days prior to your scheduled event in order to receive treatments.
  4. For programs which exceed a one-time treatment a payment and cancellation policy is agreed on in your individual contract.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please provide us with a notice of at least 3 working days if you need to reschedule, cancel an appointment, or reduce your appointment hours. As our 3SARANA Health PROs are independent, licensed Masseurs, this gives us enough time to fill the resulting time slot.

NO SHOW POLICY

Clients who fail to show for a booked 3SARANA Office Massage appointment will not be given full or partial refund. We ask for your understanding as our 3SANARA Health PROs are independent and licensed and thus are booked and compensated by us based on reserved time slots.
